We rode the train again. If you’ve never been on it, it is an hour long (each way) casual journey between Hill City and Keystone SD. We usually start out in Hill City and ride over to Keystone. There we stroll around for a few hours and then get our ride back.
There’s not much else to say about the ride except they served water and popcorn and told stories and facts about the cars that we rode on. Reservations are suggested but not required. Our car wasn’t full and there were plenty of seats left on the train.
