One Saturday night, we took a break from camping at nearby Ledges State Park for a scenic ride on a railroad. We were the second from the last to load which meant we had a great table in the last car and plenty of access to the back observation deck.

We were served a well portioned meal (I had the pork chop) and it was all I could do to eat it. In fact, I should of skipped half of it but it was so good. Desert was included.

The train took a very slow pace backwards and the ride was very wobbly (to the point that you wondered what was in the water). You couldn’t of asked for a better night to stand outside and watch the scenery go by at a snails pace.

At some point, the train came to a slow stop for a few moments and then the same slow pace back to the station. There was also a museum and gift shop to wander through (of course I did that too). I did manage to snap a few photos and I will show those below.
